Maintenance for websites hosted outside Lagadishi may be available subject to a technical review of the hosting environment, website condition and available access. Additional requirements, limitations or fees may apply.
Full administrative access and, where required, appropriate hosting access must be available for us to provide the service effectively.
Emergency Recovery
Maintenance plans are intended for preventive website care. Malware removal, hacked website restoration, emergency recovery and incident response are not included in maintenance plans and will be quoted separately.

New pages, website redesigns, new features, custom development, third-party integrations, eCommerce/database development, SEO campaigns, content creation, malware removal, hacked website recovery, emergency restoration and server-level troubleshooting.
Major design or functionality changes (e.g., new pages, redesigns).
E-commerce or database-related updates.
Custom feature development
Additional development or recovery work will be quoted separately or billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Website maintenance services are provided subject to the applicable Lagadishi Website Maintenance Terms & Conditions. Billing, service periods, cancellation and other applicable conditions are governed by those terms and the selected maintenance plan.
