THIRD-PARTY LICENSES & RENEWALS

Maintenance plans include managing and updating these components where applicable.
However, maintenance plans do NOT include:

- Premium Theme Renewals
- API Subscription Costs
- Booking Platform Fees
- Payment Gateway Fees
- Third-Party Software Licenses
If a renewal or purchase is required, we will always notify you beforehand and request approval before any charges are incurred.
FAIR USE POLICY
Maintenance plans are intended for routine maintenance and minor website updates.
If requests become excessive in frequency, complexity, urgency, or time requirements, additional work may be quoted separately or a higher maintenance plan may be recommended.
